• August 2002

First opened as a retail shop named UD Sinar Mandiri at Jl. Ngemplak No.30, Ketabang, Genteng District, Surabaya, East Java 60272 (Ruko Ambengan Block A23 – 3 floors). The store sold office supplies both retail and wholesale, including invoices, receipts, paper, folders, printer ribbons, sourced from Kembang Jepun, using one box truck for transportation.

• 2003

Started independent distribution with four employees: an admin (Ms. Yuli) and a driver (Joko).

• 2004

The first client was Fotoli Jombang, acquired directly through the owner’s sales efforts covering Jombang, Madiun, Ponorogo, and Surabaya. The first client store in Surabaya was Sumber Ilmu. This year also marked the beginning of importing products under the company’s own brand BIG, including clear holders, pastel-colored erasers, and liquid correction pens.

• 2005

Sales distribution expanded across East Java, with new products such as folders and additional sales staff.

• 2006

Sales distribution expanded beyond Java. BIG Stationery was officially registered for trademark protection (HAKI) on September 20, 2006, valid until September 20, 2026 (Article 18 of Law No. 15 of 2001 on Trademarks).

• 2007

Sales distribution reached Semarang. The office relocated to Ruko Margomulyo at Pergudangan Margomulyo Jaya Block H 16-17, Surabaya, with 20 employees.

• 2015

Opened a branch office in Semarang with 5 employees. The company also began independent production of items such as box files and clipboards.

• 2017

UD Sinar Mandiri was transformed into PT Mandiri Anugerah Bersama (BIG Stationery) with a total of 50 employees.

• 2019

Trademark registration under BIG good stationery on October 3, 2019.

• 2023

Trademark registration under BIG good product on September 24, 2023, valid until September 24, 2033.

• 2025

Trademark registration under BIG happymoodcheck on February 7, 2025.
